Can it be used on any surface?
Theoretically, yes, as it sits slightly above the surface. However, we recommend pairing the product with a heat mat for added security.
Does it have my countries plug

How do I clean the tray
Gently wipe down with a damp cloth or paper towel. Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or scouring pads. Never immerse the Warming Tray, its cord, or plug in water or any other liquid.
Is it expensive to run
No, at 260 Watt the tray is very energy efficient

The warming tray keeps food warm and guests are able to go back and serve up food that is still heated. Great for any type of entertaining whether it’s for holidays or game nights with pizza at the house. I love it so much I ordered one for my niece.

It does what it says it should be doing. The three setting on the temperature is very good. I would think you would not need the high setting unless you were heating something that was very cold or you wanted the food very hot. It is wonderful and convenient.

We entertain quite a bit. As a former professional chef, I own all kinds of chafing dishes and food warmers… but they take up so much room to store. This mat heats nicely and you can put any porcelain/glass/metal serving platter or dish on it and keeps the food nice and warm. Rolls up and store in the provided bag. Love it so much I recently bought a second one. Can’t recommend enough!
Very convenient and helpful when hosting a party. The three levels of heat allow you to adjust temperature according to the food that you are serving. You don’t have to worry about food getting cold. Easy to store, roll it up put it in a bag so it doesn’t take up a lot of space. Highly recommend.
This thing is a must for entertaining! Everyone needs one of these. The lowest setting will make bread dough rise! I use it for cinnamon rolls.
The mat is a decent size and easy to use. It warms up quick. It’s nice that it rolls up for storage and has a bag to store in. Would purchase again!
Purchased the warming mat as a Christmas gift to the household. It has met or exceeded every expectation. We live in a reasonably cold climate so keeping food warmed after preparation is always a challenge. The product provides all the space needed to keep multiple courses at appropriate temperatures. In advance of the meal we use it to warm plates and serving dishes. Easily stored and sets up quickly. Cleans upon a snap. We are very pleased and give it the highest recommendation.
This mat was a life saver for our dinner party. It's so convenient and easy to use. Kiips the temperature of the food hot, which means no reheating food during the party! It's a bit pricy but I would recommend it 👌
I bought this initially for entertaining/parties, but my boyfriend and I realized that it would be useful for our everyday uses as well. I work long nights and my boyfriend cooks dinner and sometimes won't wait for me to finish whatever it is that I'm doing and then my food gets cold. Now, we can use this electric warming mat to keep my food hot. We tested it out and it has 3 heat settings that get pretty hot and very quick. There's also an auto-shut off feature for safety reasons too! All in all, would definitely recommend!
Bought this for the Christmas holiday season. It did an excellent job of keeping the food warm. Used it for a dinner buffet and everyone loved it. Easy to wipe clean and store away. So glad that I bought it!
